Flame retardant ABS has a flame retardancy of 2.5mmV0, flame retardant PCAB has a flame retardancy of 1.5mmV0, obviously flame retardant PCABS has a higher flame retardancy.
2, processing differences
Flame retardant ABS produces large smoke during processing, and ABS flame retardant produces acidic gas to corrode the screw and mold of injection molding machine, while flame retardant PCABS is more environmentally friendly.
3, strength differences
Flame retardant ABS tensile strength and impact strength is lower than flame retardant PCABS.
